The following terms and conditions have contractual value between Digital TV Box® and the User.
The User is defined as any natural or legal person who holds a service provision contract with Digital TV Box™.
This Contract represents an agreement for using the services of viewing multimedia content and predetermined media information consisting of files, photos, texts, video files, audio files, audio-video files (“Content”).
Rights to the Site Digital TV Box™ and Digital TV Box® own the rights regarding the graphics, form, presentation method, as well as the entire content of the Site including, but not limited to, images, music, information, and any other data and applications presented on the Site. These are protected by current copyright legislation. Any infringement or attempt to infringe copyright on the Site is expressly prohibited, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, marketing, renting, lending, communication, broadcasting, copying, modifying, displaying, transmitting, publishing, in any form, the content and graphics of the Site, creating derivative materials using the content and form of the Site, under the penalties provided by law. The video services offered on this portal are not limited for access to any broadband internet user, except for Romania where we do not have the right to market our services. Improper functioning may be due to the lack of capacity of the interconnection links between your internet provider’s network and the content delivery network of Digital TV Box®, the provider of these services. If the quality of video services is unsatisfactory, please ask your internet provider to request the enhancement of these links with the Digital TV Box® content delivery network.
Digital TV Box® is not responsible for the non-functioning or malfunctioning of third-party communication networks through which the Service is accessed.

Viewing Locations Viewing can only be done from one location and with the same IP. After the location or IP changes, viewing is blocked.
Subscriber Internet Parameters Requirements The internet speed must be at least 20 Mbit/s, stable, and with a maximum ping of 20ms.
Refund Policy Note before ordering! Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied with the service?
Our service is non-refundable. The amount paid by you will not be returned if there are network problems. The purchased subscription will be suspended until the problems are resolved.
